The person booking the reservation must be over 18 years of age. The person who signs the booking form or accepts the online policy shall be deemed to be signing on behalf of all members of the party, who agree to be bound by the booking conditions. No contract shall exist until Florida Finesse has received a signed booking form or an online acceptance, together with correct payment.

A deposit of $200.00 is required to secure the booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks prior to the date of arrival. If the booking is made 8 weeks or less from the date of departure, the full amount is required at the time of booking.

The deposit will be treated as part payment of the total amount due. If the balance is not paid 8 weeks prior to the departure date, the company shall have the right to cancel the booking without further notice. In the event of cancellation for any reason, cancellation charges are as follows:

• Prior to 10 weeks before arrival date - booking deposit will be refunded.
  
• 10 to 8 weeks before arrival date - 50% refund.
  
• 8 to 6 weeks before arrival date - 25% refund.
  
• 6 weeks or less before arrival date - will not be refunded.

The owners are not responsible for any loss of enjoyment or use of the house due to travel disruption. It is very important that you have adequate insurance cover.

No pets allowed. No smoking in the homes.

The guest must ensure that children are supervised at all times. Children under 18 years must not be left unattended in the home at any time.

Should any problem occur with the accommodated during your stay, you must notify our office immediately. This number is provided to you after final payment is received.

Check in time is 4.00 p.m. Check out time is 10:00 a.m.

The client is responsible for and pays all travel arrangements, airline tickets, car rental, medical and travel insurance and any other costs incurred in connection with the holiday. Payment online or via the booking form is for the rental of the home only.

A security deposit of $300.00 will be charged against credit card and retained for up to 30 days following departure. This deposit is fully refundable after your departure from the property, providing there are no claims made against it. If any damage or breakages have occurred during your stay, you will be charged accordingly and this will be taken from your security deposit. In the unlikely event of any damage exceeding the security deposit, the signatory of the booking form will be held responsible for all additional costs.

Florida Finesse reserves the right to replace the home reserved with a home of the same category or higher.
